Shipping Policy
At Paw Grubs Home, we are committed to making our shipping terms clear and easy to understand. This policy explains where we deliver, the shipping services available, applicable costs, estimated transit times, and what customers should know about tracking and delivery issues.
Where We Ship
Paw Grubs Home currently ships exclusively within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time. All orders must include a complete and valid U.S. delivery address.
Shipping Services & Rates
Customers may select from the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days
Shipping cost: $8.00
FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $70.00 or more
For qualifying orders below $70.00, the regular $8.00 Standard Shipping charge applies.
Express Shipping
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days
Shipping cost: $15.00
Express Shipping is an expedited service with a flat $15.00 fee, regardless of the total order value.
The free shipping offer applies only to Standard Shipping. If an order qualifies for free Standard Shipping but the customer chooses Express Shipping, the $15.00 Express charge will still apply.
Processing Before Dispatch
Orders must be prepared and packaged before they can be transferred to the shipping carrier. This processing stage is separate from the estimated carrier transit period.
The 3–5 business day Standard and 1–2 business day Express estimates generally begin once the package has been dispatched.
Business days typically exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays. During major holidays, promotional events, high-volume periods, or unexpected operational circumstances, additional preparation time may occasionally be required.
Delivery Estimates
The delivery periods provided above are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier network congestion, seasonal shipping volume, regional service interruptions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Paw Grubs Home.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, shipment information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for the carrier to complete its initial scan and update its tracking system. Tracking activity may not appear immediately after a shipment confirmation is issued.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Please verify the recipient's name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, city, state, and ZIP code before placing an order.
If you discover an address error after submitting your order, contact Paw Grubs Home as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before dispatch, but corrections cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has progressed or the package has entered the carrier network.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please review the latest tracking information provided by the carrier.
If a shipment appears significantly delayed, potentially lost in transit, or affected by another unusual delivery issue, contact Paw Grubs Home with your order information. We will review the available shipping details and assist with determining the appropriate next steps.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
A shipment may be returned when the carrier cannot complete delivery because of an incomplete or incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or another delivery-related circumstance.
If your order is returned to Paw Grubs Home, please contact us so we can review the situation and discuss the available resolution. Where permitted by applicable law, additional shipping costs may apply when reshipment is required because of inaccurate customer-provided delivery information.
